Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any item purchased through this website for a full refund. This right applies for a period of 14 calendar days beginning the day after you receive the goods. This does not apply to:

• Items collected in person;
• Goods or services where the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the trader;
• Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• Perishable items or goods that expire quickly;
• Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines;
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;
• Sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software which have been unsealed after delivery;
• Goods that become inseparably mixed (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.

You may cancel at any time from placing your order until the end of 14 calendar days after receiving the goods (or, in the case of a multiple-item order, the final item).

We ask that you take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. We are entitled to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value due to unnecessary handling.

Please clearly state that you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations when submitting your cancellation request. For services, cancellation can be made within 14 days of purchase unless the service has already commenced.

Please note: these cancellation rights do not apply to financial services.
