Return Policy

 

Introduction


1.1 We understand that you may occasionally wish to return a product.


1.2 This policy is designed to enable the return of products under appropriate circumstances.


1.3 This policy applies to all customers placing orders through www.blauke.co.uk.


1.4 This document does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

Returns


2.1 You are entitled to return a product and request a refund under the following conditions:
(a) We receive the returned product within 30 calendar days following the date of delivery;

(b) The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels intact, and in a resalable condition;

(c) You follow the return procedure described in Section 3; and

(d) None of the exclusions in Section 4 apply.

 

Returns Procedure


3.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blauke.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation number and prepaid return label.


3.2 Items must be returned using the method instructed by our customer service team and to the return address provided.


3.3 You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exclusions


4.1 The following products cannot be returned:
(a) Perishable goods such as food or beverages;
(b) Sealed hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. toiletries, cosmetics) once unsealed;
(c) Personalised or made-to-order products;
(d) Sealed audio, video or software items if unsealed after delivery;
(e) Gift vouchers or e-gift cards.

 

Refunds


5.1 If you return a product in accordance with this policy, we will refund the purchase price.


5.2 Original delivery charges will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned within the 14-day cancellation period under Consumer Contracts Regulations.


5.3 Return postage will not be reimbursed unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


5.4 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


5.5 We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).


5.6 If an item is delivered damaged or faulty, we will provide a full refund including shipping costs.

 

Improper Returns


6.1 If you return a product outside the conditions of this policy and you do not have a legal right to a refund:
(a) You will not receive a refund or exchange;
(b) We may hold the returned item until postage for redelivery is paid;
(c) If redelivery charges are not paid within 14 days of request, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
